PLACING AN ONLINE ORDER

Our online store is open 24 hours a day. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal.

Once the order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

While we always try to do our best and have accurate stock levels listed, occasionally things go wrong. In this case, we will try to get the product for you as soon as we can. We’ll also communicate this, as well as the approximate time frame with you.

DELIVERY

Delivery is a flat rate of $14.95 for all orders. We are in rural NSW, so please understand things may take longer to arrive to you. Expected shipping time is 5-10 days from date of dispatch, however this may be longer in peak times e.g., in the lead up to Christmas.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

At present, we don’t offer International shipping and only ship within Australia

RETURNS POLICY

At The Irishman’s Wife Store we want you to be happy with your purchase and feel confident in ordering from us. With that in mind, our returns policy is as follows:

Food Based Products

The Irishman’s Wife will only accept returns for the following scenarios:

  • Goods that are damaged or faulty PRIOR to their delivery
  • Goods that vary from their description on this website
  • Goods supplied incorrectly

All Other Products

If you don’t feel a product is right for you we will happily exchange within 14 days. This applies to full price items only. No returns on sale items.

For an exchange, you need to contact us within 7 days and return the item to us within 48 hours of receiving your Returns Authorization Number.

  • Returned items must be in perfect condition, with no damage to the item or the packaging. We reserve the right to decline returns if the item does not meet these conditions.
  • Shipping charges will be waived only if the returned item is faulty.
  • Exchanges are only processed once the original item has been returned to us.
  • All items must be returned at the expense of the customer.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please take care when sending items back to us, as items lost in the post are your responsibility and we cannot offer exchanges or credit notes on lost parcels. We always recommend using registered post with a tracking number to avoid missing parcels.

Rural and remote areas may take longer.
